Cancellation policy:
Please note that there will be no refund of registration fee after October 31, 2010.
We will reimbure 70% of the registration fee upon written cancellation before November 1, 2009. After that date no refund will be made.

Sunday 12 December: 16.00 - 18.00 hours
Monday 13 December: 07.00 - 18.30 hours
Tuesday 14 December: 06.45 - 17.30 hours

Accreditation:
CME accreditation has been requested from the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) and from the Dutch Societies of Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine and Surgery.
