Cancellation policy Please note that there will be no refund of registration fee after October 31, 2010.
We will reimbure 70% of the registration fee upon written cancellation before November 1, 2009. After that date no refund will be made.
Accreditation
CME accreditation has been requested from the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) and from the Dutch Society of Gastroenterology and the Dutch Internist Society.
